It can be used in superfine processing of al varieties of high- hardness materials, super-pure materials and tough materials as well as several kinds of flammable, explosive, and low melting point materials.
Compared with the ball mill &classifier, vibration maill &classifier can remedy the defects of low efficiency caused by ball mill&classifier miniaturization. And the vibration mill &classifier processing line is lower investment, high efficiency and more energy-saving when is used in nonmetal processing line with ourput 3000-10000 tons annually.
The grinding media of vibration mill is more wear-resisting, easier replacement, lower cost and wider choice compared with the grinding roll of rolling mill and the hammer of impacting mill. High manganese, high chromium, corundum, ball stone can be used as grinding media. The vibration mill is able to ensure the purity of the material at the highest degree.
Vibration mill&classifier processing line has greatly shorted the process and cut down the cost by completing the process of milling classifying and modification production at one stage. It has been widely used in modification processing of limestone.
